Ok if you guys follow me on my Instagram you would know this stuff is AMAZING! Am so happy that many of my followers have purchased it and totally agreed with me. This is perfect for this cold weather and dry skin. It's very hydrating and a little really goes a long way. You can use this gel all over your body. I love using it on my face and during the body care month, I've been using it around my nails, which has helped my chapped skin so much and feet. This is amazing for anyone who suffers from dry skin and super dry and dehydrated skin.
I understand Bio oil don't recommend the gel on face but I've used it and honestly its such a nourishing moisturiser. I think its great to use on face specially at night time before you hit the pillow. Apply all over face and massage, feels so threptic and helps for a smooth soft baby skin when you wake up.

I highly recommend this gel - honestly one of my favourites in my skincare range and will be one to stay!

SPF I use on my children - Age 3, 5 and 8. I know as parents, we have a 101 things to do from the moment we wake up, lets be real we just about remember doing our own selfcare routine. However I can not stress how important it is to get your children into a good habit/routine on taking the steps of washing their face, applying cream and then SPF. If my 3 year can say and point out which one is SPF from a cream, we all can do this :) Children copy us, everything we say and do including emotions, physical actions and how we act when positive and negative. What am getting at is, if you yourself share a happiness/ positive mode when doing your morning and evening skincare routine, they will do the same.  Tip: Tell them SPF protects your skin from burning, that's how my lot understand the difference between a normal cream and an SPF.
